What is the lead time for a project?

Usually, our lead time is between 8-14 weeks from the time your order is placed
Do you offer surface finishing for your staircases?

Unfortunately, we don’t. However, we do offer advice for products to be used for each type of surface and to provide non-slip qualities.
What do you need from me?

We require a rough idea of the design & style of stairs you need. We also need basic information like the address and area dimensions. Whether it is a new home or a renovation, once you provide these details, we take care of the rest
Do you do project management?

Unfortunately, we do not.
When should I be ordering my stairs?

Once the second-story frames go up, you should be ordering your stairs.
How often should I maintain the finish on my stairs?

Depending on how they are treated and the use of stairs, we recommend 6-12 months for external and 5-7 years for internal stairs.
How long is my quote valid?
